Schedule: FULL TIME
Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

The role youll contribute:
This manager role is a board-certified music therapist who supports the Integrative & Creative Arts Therapies Director and the overall operations of the team. Responsibilities include evaluating physical, spiritual, socio-emotional, and neurological needs of patients and providing appropriate interventions. Demonstrates creativity, critical thinking, and resource management skills to achieve quality performance, positive employee relations, and compliance. Leads and coaches a team of creative arts therapists, collaborates with multidisciplinary team members, delegates tasks, supports staff development, and ensures adherence to hospital policies and regulations. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and maintains respectful relationships.
