About the Team
The TikTok LIVE team’s mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators, influencers, and communities to create an environment that brings people together in real time through meaningful, interactive connections.
As a B2B Creator Network Marketing Manager, you will focus on building and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen TikTok LIVE’s relationships with agencies, talent representation groups, and creator network partners. This role is designed for an individual contributor who is passionate about the creator economy and eager to drive awareness, adoption, and growth of TikTok LIVE’s B2B programs.
We are looking for passionate and talented people to join the LIVE Operations team and support our mission to inspire creativity and bring joy. The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything related to TikTok LIVE, including content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns, and ensuring a fun and safe space for all users.
Responsibilities:
- Execute B2B Campaigns: Develop and launch strategic marketing initiatives that showcase TikTok LIVE’s value to agencies, MCNs, and talent partners across owned and earned channels.
- Drive Program Awareness: Evangelize TikTok LIVE’s creator network business model through compelling case studies, partner spotlights, and event activations.
- Tell Partner Success Stories: Identify and amplify impactful narratives from creator networks and agency partners, highlighting how TikTok LIVE drives creator growth and monetization.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with LIVE Ops, Partnerships, and other teams to align B2B marketing strategies with regional business goals.
- Develop Scalable Playbooks: Create partner-facing assets, including collateral, FAQs, and go-to-market toolkits to support outreach and adoption.
- Measure and Optimize Performance: Track campaign effectiveness, analyze data, and provide insights to refine future initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in B2B, integrated, or partnership marketing.
- Proven ability to develop impactful marketing assets (e.g., case studies, presentations, success stories).
- Strong storytelling and communication skills to turn partner wins and data into persuasive narratives.
- Effective project management experience juggling multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of measuring performance and driving improvements.
- Self-starter who thrives in collaborative environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the creator economy, media, or tech sectors.
- Passion for the creator economy and talent ecosystem.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish or Mandarin is a plus; role involves frequent communication with global teams and stakeholders.

Job Information
Base salary range in the selected city: $104,712 - $192,534 annually. Compensation varies based on experience, skills, and location. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid leave, and more.
