Base pay range
$65,500.00/yr - $98,000.00/yr
Position Summary
What you'll do...
- Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, e.g., customers, suppliers, associates.
- Implement the business plan for your area by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and ensuring associates complete required training.
- Manage daily HR office functions, including benefits, hiring, transfers, terminations, payroll, and address employment concerns.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, maintain HR documents, and support HR systems.
- Maintain safety standards, train associates, and monitor compliance.
- Address associate, customer, or supplier concerns and recommend corrective actions.
- Supervise and develop associates and leaders, including performance monitoring and training needs identification.
- Coordinate training activities, including new hire orientation and online modules.
- Develop relationships with stakeholders, support plans to meet business needs, and promote continuous learning.
- Provide supervision and development opportunities, foster a culture of belonging, and recognize contributions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, support Walmart's values, and promote ethical standards.
- Build high-performing teams, attract and retain talent, and work collaboratively.
- Act with integrity, maintain transparency, and support Walmart's sustainability initiatives.
- Deliver results focused on customer service, using data insights to guide decisions.
- Encourage continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies.

Minimum Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience, or Bachelor's Degree in similar fields, or 2 years Walmart Logistics management experience, or 2 years supervisory experience including HR processes, or 1 year Walmart HR experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Human Resources, Microsoft Office, supervising associates, training, and Walmart logistics systems. Certifications like PHR or SPHR are a plus.
