Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media campaigns across various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, X, LinkedIn and YouTube, creating engaging content, monitoring online conversations, and analyzing content performance. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, has a creative mindset, can perform well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and is responsible for communicating with clients on deliverables. They should have the ability and knowledge to shoot content, video and photo editing, and be up to date on trending content. The candidate must be familiar with conducting independent research and provide new suggestions for social media marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy:Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our client’s goals and brand identity.
- Client Communication:Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Content Creation:Create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics. Develop and execute social media content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of engaging and relevant content.
- Community Management:Monitor and engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions.
- Campaign Management:Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns including budget management, targeting, and analysis of campaign performance. Provide regular campaign updates to clients.
- Analytics and Reporting:Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Provide regular reports to clients, explaining key performance indicators and the impact on their business.
- Content Shoots:Attend shoots/brand activations & potentially support in content capture that ladders up to the social content strategy
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of social media experience and managing multiple brands simultaneously
- Minimum of 2 years of agency experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and trends
- Proven ability developing social creativity is a requirement (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content tailored to different platforms and target audiences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of graphic design principles and proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is required.
- Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
