Talent Strategist for Tech Marketing, Communication & Creative Roles | Passionate Advocate for Foster Youth

Are you the creative problem-solver who sees endless possibilities where others just see roadblocks? Liaison is looking for a skilled communicator who's passionate about emerging tech and storytelling. You'll work with one of the industry's leading semiconductor innovators, maintaining their social voice and executing flawlessly across platforms while collaborating with editorial, creative, and marketing teams. Working hybrid (3 days/week in Southwest Austin), we need someone who can roll up their sleeves and make things happen.

• Own and execute the social media editorial calendar
• Write compelling, on-brand social copy that converts across all major platforms
• Maintain consistent posting aligned with product launches and editorial priorities
• Partner with cross-functional teams to source and package content that drives engagement
• Stay ahead of trends and emerging platforms for a competitive edge
• Enforce excellence standards and governance processes
• Analyze performance metrics to inform smarter content decisions
• Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to streamline workflows and boost productivity

How to be a top candidate for this job

• 3–5 years of social media, digital marketing, PR, or communications experience
• Technology or semiconductor industry experience strongly preferred
• Strong grasp of social media analytics and performance optimization
• Demonstrate expert writing and editing skills that make complex tech concepts accessible
• Show superior organizational abilities with a track record of managing multiple high-priority projects
• Demonstrate collaborative success with real stakeholder management examples
• Show you're proactive and resourceful with creative solutions you've implemented
• Show resilience and adaptability: we need someone who takes feedback and runs with it
• Balance confidence with humility: know your strengths but eager to learn

Skills

• Proficiency with Sprout Social, ChatGPT, and Adobe Workfront is preferred
• Deep platform knowledge across Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook
