Job Description:
Pay Range: $42hr - $49hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Proven experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Ability to conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Expertise in prototyping and interaction design, including wireframes and interactive prototypes.
- Strong knowledge of visual design principles (color theory, typography, responsive design, layout).
- Experience conducting user and usability testing and iterating designs based on feedback.
- Prior work as a UX/UI Designer in regulated environments, preferably in financial services.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Conduct user research and usability tests to integrate feedback into product design.
- Create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for digital banking platforms and applications.
- Design and maintain visually appealing, brand-aligned user interfaces across digital products.
- Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and test concepts before development.
- Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards for an inclusive user experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance product design quality.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development concepts.
- Understanding of ethical design practices, privacy, and security implications.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders and teams.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability for design challenges.
- Strategic thinking and understanding of risk and control in design processes.
- Degree in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Digital Media, or related field.
- Advise and influence decision-making and contribute to policy development.
- Lead or collaborate on complex assignments and guide team members as needed.
- Identify and mitigate risks, and ensure strong control and governance measures.
- Communicate complex information effectively to a diverse audience.
