Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our growing team of problem solvers who thrive on crafting intuitive digital products that meet user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints. You will create alignment by working collaboratively with cross-functional product teams to launch or enhance products and features.

Responsibilities

• Proven prior experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating relevant design work.
• User Research: Research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points to inform design decisions.
• Prototyping & Interaction Design: Creating wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts that enable users to achieve their objectives with minimal friction.
• Visual Design: Applying principles of color theory, typography, responsive design, and layout, while adhering to accessibility standards, to create interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing and functional.
• User & Usability Testing: Conducting tests to evaluate and improve design effectiveness based on feedback.
• Additional skills include experience in regulated environments, Agile methodologies, knowledge of HTML/CSS, ethical design practices, and understanding of privacy and security implications.

Purpose of the Role

To create user-centered and visually appealing designs for digital banking products through user research, interface design, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities

• Executing user research and usability tests to understand customer needs and feedback, collaborating with stakeholders.
• Creating intuitive interfaces for digital banking platforms for a seamless user experience.
• Maintaining visually appealing, consistent interfaces aligned with brand identity and guidelines.
• Designing wireframes and prototypes for visualization and testing.
• Ensuring accessibility standards are met for inclusive experiences.
• Monitoring industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance design quality and innovation.
