Graham Technologies is seeking a Web Developer to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team at our customer site in Doral, FL. In this role, you will take the lead in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications while supporting complex programming and analytical tasks in a high-stakes Department of Defense (DoD) environment.

Location: Doral, FL

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web-based software applications independently and as part of a team.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable, high-performance technical solutions.
• Conduct software analysis, design, development, implementation, and quality assurance.
• Work with a range of programming languages and data communication tools.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and non-technical users to communicate technical details clearly.
• Maintain secure development practices in accordance with DoD standards
  
  

Required Skills

• Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret.
• Security+ Certification (or higher, IAT Level II compliant).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in web and application development.
• Hands-on experience with the following tools and technologies:
• Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (v17+)
• Microsoft Visual Studio (2017+)
• Microsoft VB.NET, C#, Entity Framework 4.6
• JavaScript, JQuery, Angular, Bootstrap, CSS, XML, T-SQL
• Strong understanding of data transfer protocols and secure coding standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective time and project management skills.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• General understanding of Department of Defense (DoD) operations and environments.
  

Desired Skills

• Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCAD) or Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) certification.
• Experience developing applications in secure or classified environments.
