In this pivotal role, you will shape and activate the company's narrative, develop compelling storytelling that reflects our mission and values, and manage the authentic voice of the CEO. Your contributions will be critical in protecting and enhancing our reputation while ensuring cohesive communication across corporate, internal, executive, crisis, media, and external communications. Your partnership with the executive team will drive alignment with the marketing and people teams, amplifying our brand through powerful enterprise storytelling. To thrive in this position, candidates should possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in corporate communications, executive communications, PR/media, or comparable fields. Preference will be given to those with experience in public companies or regulated industries. Expertise in crisis communications, the ability to lead through influence, exceptional writing, storytelling, and strategic thinking skills are essential. We value a successful track record of shaping strategic narratives that resonate with various stakeholder groups. Experience in healthcare, financial services, or similarly regulated environments is an added advantage, especially if you have a history of modernizing or centralizing a corporate communications function.
