Expeditor

to join a thriving North Houston area construction company. The

Expeditor

will be responsible for taking orders via phone, email, and in person from customers.

$17.00/hour Benefits:

Onsite - Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Expeditor Duties and Responsibilities: Direct drivers and shop personnel on orders Diagnose and resolve customer inquiries Document resolution Deliver excellent customer service to customers Accurately enter information into the system Research and diagnose customer problems Follow up with customers Document inquiries Other duties as assigned Expeditor Skills and Abilities:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent data entry (10-key) skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines Microsoft Office proficiency Excellent phone skills Expeditor Education and Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in an Expeditor position or similar role required Previous experience in the construction industry is highly preferred Expeditor Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time Expeditor
