The Enrollment Communications and Marketing Specialist supports the implementation of multi-channel enrollment marketing strategies across undergraduate, graduate, international admissions, and financial aid. Reporting to the Associate Director of Communications and Enrollment Marketing, this role assists in the execution of digital, print, and social media content to increase student engagement, support recruitment and retention, and ensure alignment with institutional branding and accessibility standards.
Assist in the development and execution of multi-channel enrollment marketing strategies including email, print, web, and social content to drive awareness and enrollment while ensuring all materials are consistent with SUNY Poly's brand guidelines and communication standards.
Partner with the Associate Director of Digital Media and student workers to identify video trends and generate engaging, student-focused content for institutional social media platforms. Maintaining a close relationship with the operations of admissions, graduate admissions, international admissions, and financial aid to stay current with enrollment management needs.
Assist in coordination of updates and execution of enrollment-related email drip campaigns through Slate CRM, ensuring timely, targeted, and accurate content delivery to prospective and current students.
Help manage a campaign calendar in coordination with the Associate Director to ensure deadlines are met and performance is tracked.
Serve as the department's accessibility lead by reviewing and editing documents (digital and print) to ensure they meet federal and state accessibility standards.
Collaborate with University Marketing & Communications to gather student testimonials and coordinate photography or video sessions with students, faculty, and staff. Assist in curating and organizing content to highlight academic programs, student life, and campus experiences across communication channels.
May oversee student workers in temp services, work study, or graduate assistantship opportunities

Job Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
BS required (MS preferred) from college or University accredited by the US Department of Education or internationally recognized accrediting organization
Strong writing, editing, proofreading skills, and attention to detail.
Familiarity with social media platforms, basic video editing, and accessibility tools.
Ability to collaborate across departments and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Requirements
Experience with CRM systems, slate experience preferred
