Position Purpose: As the Director of Digital Marketing and Strategy, you will play a crucial role in leading innovative, customer-centric initiatives that connect our brand with key stakeholders across various journeys and touchpoints. We seek a leader with a player-coach mentality, who can inspire, manage, and mentor a high-performing team in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. Develop and spearhead new initiatives to enhance long-term digital strategies, including social media, web, video, and database marketing (text, email). Oversee a talented team of five professionals in digital, social, and database marketing. Lead the development of digital communications and social media strategies, focusing on audience engagement, content creation, and distribution across multiple platforms. Manage and optimize digital and social media platforms, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines. Formulate and execute a comprehensive strategy for both paid and organic content that is audience-focused and aligns with our business objectives. Oversee website creation and maintenance, including content, accessibility, design, and performance. Collaborate with IT to enhance site UX/UI, ensuring alignment with the company's branding and goals. Conduct regular audits to discover opportunities for content, navigation, SEO, and user flow optimization. Develop and manage a robust enterprise video strategy. Oversee strategy, content, and implementation of email and text campaigns. Optimize databases for personalized communication, effectively utilizing segmentation, targeting, and automation to boost engagement and conversions. Build and maintain strategic relationships with digital experts, platform representatives, and influencers. Evaluate and prepare competitive intelligence reports, analysis reports, and reputation dashboards. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging social platforms, and key developments to maintain a cutting-edge knowledge base. Education/Experience: 10+ years of experience in Communications, Marketing, or related fields, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing teams. Demonstrated expertise in digital/social media, analytics, and digital marketing. Technical Skills: Proficiency with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Technical SEO, UI/UX Design, SEM/GA360, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce CRM/Marketing Cloud. Pay Range: $116,100.00 - $214,700.00 per year. Centene provides a comprehensive benefits package including competitive pay, health insurance, 401K, stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and flexible work arrangements. Actual compensation will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also encompass additional incentive forms. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
