Job SummaryThe marketing Assistant is a highly motivated, multi-tasking, and goal-oriented individual. They manage multiple priorities and perform in a fast-paced environment with strict attention to detail. They possess strong interpersonal skills in order to maintain excellent working relationships with customers, co-workers, and vendors.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESUndertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing department's activitiesProvide project support to the Director of Marketing for a variety of marketing programs.Provide assistance with developing, implementing, and monitoring various marketing campaignsAssist with the production, organization, and management of marketing materials and collateralAssist with reporting on key marketing metrics.Assist with providing content for different platforms such as social media, website, and various marketing collateral.Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial informationAssist in the organizing and coordination of promotional events, trade shows, sponsorships, company events, internal events and attend them to facilitate their successAdditional duties and tasks as requestedQUALIFICATIONS/SKILLSEducation Required: High School diploma or equivalentPreferred Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, business, or related field1+ years of experience in marketing is a plusProficiency with Microsoft 365 suite (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Sharepoint etc.)Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign, etc.) is a plusKnowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plusExperience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.)Ability to spot emerging trendsDigital photography and video editing experience a plusEffective written and verbal communication skills with copy-editing abilitiesAbility to work effectively within a team and independently.Demonstrated problem solving, critical, and creative thinking skillsJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceExperience:Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
