Key Responsibilities:Lead Social Strategy & Execution: Own the end-to-end execution of the Live Tinted social media calendarincluding planning, briefing, creation, and postingacross all brand channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)Creator & Community-Driven Content: Collaborate with the Influencer & Affiliate team to build and manage a network of brand creators (community members, superfans, influencers, UGC partners). Scout, brief, and manage creators to generate content for both organic and paid use.Trend & Cultural Relevance: Stay on top of social, cultural, and beauty trends to keep Live Tinteds content fresh, relevant, and conversation-worthy. Bring new ideas and formats to the table that elevate our storytelling and drive engagement.Copywriting & Brand Voice: Craft compelling copy, hooks, and captions that reflect the Live Tinted voice and mission. Support Founder content as needed with creative ideation and copywriting.Channel Growth & Engagement: Manage day-to-day community engagement: respond to comments and DMs, moderate conversations, and foster genuine dialogue that builds brand love.Performance Tracking & Insights: Monitor performance across platforms, pulling and presenting monthly reports with key metrics, takeaways, and content optimizations.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Brand, Influencer, and PR teams to align on messaging, campaigns, and launches. Partner with internal design and external creative teams to bring social-first ideas to life.Qualifications:5-7 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or digital strategy, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyleDeep understanding of platform-specific content strategies (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)Proven track record of growing and engaging brand social communitiesStrong copywriting skills with a knack for social-first storytelling and content hooksExperience briefing, managing, and sourcing content from creators and community membersFamiliar with social media analytics platforms (e.g., Dash Hudson, Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, etc.)
