The Kim Komando Show and our growing multimedia network are looking for a Senior-level Ad Campaign & Creative Coordinator to bring sponsor campaigns to life across radio, newsletters, digital media, podcasts, social media, and editorial.
This is not your run-of-the-mill marketing role. Youll be part of a fast-paced, nationally recognized media brand that reaches millions every week, helping connect our loyal audience with brands we believe in.
What Youll Do:
- Launch and manage advertising campaigns from start to finish across multiple platforms: radio, newsletters, digital media, podcasts, social media, and editorial
- Coordinate copywriting needs for ads, mentions, and sponsored content, working closely with writers, producers, and the sales team
- Ensure all creative assets are delivered on time, approved, and meet brand and sponsor guidelines
- Track campaign deliverables and timelines to make sure nothing slips through the cracks, as well as scheduling campaign pieces (podcast, digital, radio spots).
- Collaborate with our editorial and production teams to seamlessly integrate campaigns into our content
- Monitor campaign performance and communicate results to the team
- Keep our sponsors happy by being their go-to point of contact for creative needs and campaign updates
What Were Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in advertising, marketing coordination, or a similar role
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to work with different brand voices
- Experience managing multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working across a variety of media formats (radio, digital, social, video, podcast)
- Collaborative, solutions-focused mindset you can take an idea and make it happen
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, project management platforms, and basic analytics
