Job Description
Sphirea Plus is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Advertising Agent to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will develop and execute advertising strategies tailored to client goals, assist in campaign management, and ensure consistent branding across all channels. This is a results-driven role requiring strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Develop customized advertising strategies based on client objectives
Coordinate and monitor advertising campaigns from concept through completion
Collaborate with creative and sales teams to ensure campaign consistency
Analyze campaign performance and prepare actionable reports
Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and support
Stay current on market trends and competitor strategies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
1-2 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or client services (entry-level candidates with strong portfolios will be considered)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data reporting tools
