Marketing Specialist

What You'll Do
- Lead and manage our social media content calendar and strategy
- Design and produce internal newsletters, event flyers, email, and web graphics
- Own marketing initiatives for tradeshows, counter days, and internal events (some travel required)
- Assist with internal communications and promotional content creation
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all content and channels
- Manage Crawford-branded swag store and field requests for logoed merchandise
- Assist in updating and maintaining the Crawford intranet site
- Support marketing special projects areas as needed
What You Bring
- 25 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content creation
- Proficiency in basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop)
- Experience designing digital and print collateral (e.g., flyers, email graphics, newsletters)
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shift priorities when needed
- Event or tradeshow support experience is a plus
