Job Description

Position Summary: The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing digital and print content to support internal and external marketing communication initiatives of Triumph Business Capital.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Design and develop content for marketing projects including brochures, social media, blog posts, websites, emails, newsletters, and presentations.
2. Generate and manipulate graphic images, animations, sound, text, and video.
3. Create visual displays, including tradeshow booths and office graphics.
4. Assist in maintaining social media presence.

Qualifications

Experience and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related field required.
• 2-3 years of professional experience.

Skills and Abilities

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with developing marketing campaigns via CRM/marketing automation software.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and oversee creative projects from concept to completion.
• Ability to work independently and apply education and experience to achieve results.
• Strong team player with a good work ethic.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with strong editing abilities.
