Were now looking for a high-caliber marketing leader to architect and lead our modern marketing engine someone who blends strategy and hands-on execution and is energized by the challenge of building something exceptional in a $100B+ global industry.
What Youll Do
1. Own and Drive Demand Gen
- Build and optimize our lead generation strategy: paid media, SEO, content, email, distributor marketing, etc.
- Partner with sales leadership to ensure marketing and sales are locked in step, with pipeline KPIs
- Build attribution models and funnel visibility that helps us scale
2. Lead and Execute B2B Marketing
- Create programs to support independent reps, distributors, ESCOs, and specifiers
- Build marketing automation and CRM campaigns to engage both end-users and channel partners
- Support product launches, trade shows, webinars, and rep training materials
3. Build a Scalable Marketing Foundation
- Define and own the marketing tech stack, agency/vendor relationships, and performance dashboard
- Collaborate with leadership on positioning, messaging, and brand strategy
- Eventually build and lead a small team, but start hands-on
What You Bring
- 612 years of experience in B2B marketing with proven impact on pipeline
- Strong knowledge of channel marketing, distributor enablement, and lead gen best practices
- Bonus: Experience in lighting, building tech, electrical products, or capital equipment
- Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution (at least early on)
- Clear communicator who understands the pace and pragmatism needed in a $20M company
