This role is responsible for driving overall campaign management, timelines, day-to-day agency operations, and ensuring the appropriate check points across the organization. It is essential to partner with the Brand Team to organize activities across internal and external stakeholders to deploy campaigns on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will be able to balance multiple priorities, stakeholders, and shifting timelines while maintaining high-quality output.
The role involves deep engagement in the creative process and requires a strong understanding of the agency landscape. The candidate should be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and be well-versed in project management.
Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery across multiple workstreams, including running workflow meetings, owning the project timeline, and tracking the marketing budget.
- Maintain the project health tracker, monitor progress against key milestones, and identify roadblocks across all workstreams.
- Ensure effective team communication at the project level to facilitate smooth collaboration.
Agency Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agency partners, coordinating timelines and milestones.
- Track agency progress against scope, ensuring all workstreams meet K-C standards of excellence and scope adherence.
- Partner with Procurement for project scoping and budget negotiations with agency partners, using company-approved benchmarks.
Ways of Working Adherence
- Uphold standardized company workflows across projects for consistency.
- Ensure proper project documentation and organization for streamlined collaboration.
Annual Planning Coordination
- Oversee the annual planning timeline at the brand level, working with teams and agency partners to track key touchpoints and deliver quality presentations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 6+ years of Project Management experience in a CPG organization or advertising agency managing large brands and portfolios.
- Experience in managing multiple project timelines and delivering on time and within budget.
- Proven leadership and collaboration skills with an integrated agency team (creative + media).
- Experience in budget management and tracking.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, from Brand Managers to C-Suite executives.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to create and maintain detailed project documentation.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Trello, etc.).
- 3+ years of agency management experience, preferably with creative agencies.
Preferred Experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
