Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the trade's services.
• Marketing leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Adept in digital marketing techniques and tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis and budget management.
• High level of creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
  
  

Driver's Responsibilities

• Operates a company vehicle safely and efficiently, following pre-assigned daily routes.
• Assumes responsibility for basic vehicle maintenance, including tire condition, replacement, brake checks, and timely oil changes.
• Maintains strict adherence to all safety protocols and relevant driving regulations, reporting any work-related injuries immediately to designated supervisors.
• Complies with established company vehicle usage policies and upholds a clean driving record.
• Promptly reports any auto accidents to the Service Manager within one hour of occurrence.
• Maintains an active Texas driver's license and provides updated copies to Human Resources.
