Position Summary

Join a dynamic team responsible for strategy and marketing of Galdermas Therapeutic Dermatology portfolio. As the Marketing Strategy & Operations Coordinator, youll support execution, alignment, and communication in a fast-paced environment, providing an entry point into pharmaceutical marketing with exposure to brand strategy, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Operations & Calendar Management
  • Maintain the master marketing calendar, ensuring visibility of congresses, sales meetings, and planning timelines.
  • Coordinate meetings and reviews, ensuring clear objectives and agendas.
  • Manage calendars for the VP of marketing and leadership team.

Executional Support
  • Assist with financial tasks such as purchase orders and budget tracking.
  • Organize meeting materials and follow-ups.
  • Monitor the marketing calendar and deadlines for brand initiatives.

Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Coordinate with teams across the Therapeutic Business Unit and support project tracking with medical, regulatory, legal, and access teams.

Internal Communications & Launch Support
  • Draft internal updates, newsletters, and milestone communications.
  • Coordinate with PR and corporate communications for internal distribution.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Interest in pharmaceuticals, dermatology, and strategy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
