Marketing Strategy & Operations Coordinator

As the Marketing Strategy & Operations Coordinator, you'll serve as the organizational backbone of the marketing teamsupporting execution, alignment, and communication in a fast-paced environment. This is an ideal entry point into pharmaceutical marketing, offering exposure to brand strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include: Marketing Operations & Calendar Management Executional Support Cross-Functional Coordination Internal Communications & Launch Support Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, operations or related field Strong organizational and communication skills Interest in pharmaceuticals, dermatology, and commercial strategy Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools Growth Path & Career Development: This role is designed as a launchpad into biotech/pharmaceutical marketing.
