Marketing Specialist - PPC Ads

Job Summary:

Our Marketing Specialist PPC Ads will be an essential member of our dynamic marketing team, responsible for executing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth with a heavy focus on PPC campaigns. Your expertise in paid media strategies will help increase brand visibility, drive qualified traffic, and ultimately achieve company growth goals. This role requires an analytical mind, strong attention to detail, and a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, execute, and manage result-oriented marketing campaigns across various channels, including PPC ad campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other platforms), social media, email, and traditional platforms to drive website traffic, increase conversions, and optimize ROI.
  • Brand Image & Voice Management: Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing materials and channels. By adhering to brand guidelines, you will reinforce brand recognition and maintain a strong brand image in the market. Utilize your exceptional writing and storytelling skills to produce engaging and persuasive content for different marketing materials. From paid search ad copy and website landing pages to social media updates and email newsletters, your content will resonate with our audience and drive meaningful engagement.
  • Keyword Research & Optimization: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities and optimize PPC campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO), social media, and email marketing campaigns. Ensuring ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies are aligned with target audience needs.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage PPC campaign budgets, ensuring effective allocation of spend across channels to maximize performance within the established budget.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other PPC tools to provide insights and make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Email Marketing: Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns that align with the overarching marketing strategy to drive customer engagement, conversions, and retention. Utilize A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization strategies to optimize email performance. Analyze email campaign metrics and use insights to refine future campaigns and improve overall effectiveness.
  • Reporting: Utilize marketing analytics tools to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns. The ability to interpret data to provide valuable insights for continuous improvement and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Other duties as assigned by the department manager or executive leadership.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other PPC tools; experience with A/B testing and bid management tools.
  • Strong proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and storytelling to engage the audience effectively.
  • Sound understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to report and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with a flair for proposing innovative marketing strategies.

Education and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role or similar role in B2B or manufacturing industries, managing paid search campaigns, with a strong track record of improving performance.
  • Google Ads certifications are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio are a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Job Classification:Hourly, non-exempt

Reporting Structure: Reports to Marketing Manager

Compensation: $23.00- $33.00/hr. based on experience.
