Job Description

Candidates must be able to facilitate the Department of Communication office operations as an office assistant answering phones and emails, making photocopies, and generally assisting students and faculty with office-related activities.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Staff department office assisant, answer phone calls and emails, and handle drop-in inquiries by students and faculty.
  • Fulfill the tasks of the department faculty and chair
  • Reformat documents, send emails to various campus entities, update social medical, help promote departmental events, and update quarterly schedules for the faculty and adjuncts
  • Assist the department of Pre-Health with similar tasks stated above


Must be a current La Sierra University student.

10 hours per week.

Wage Range: $16.50/hr
