Marketing Content Specialist
General objective of the role
At Ecorobotix, we believe every vegetable producer deserves tools that help them work smarter, reduce costs, and grow stronger businesses. As our Marketing Content Specialist, you will bring this story to life.
As the Marketing Content Specialist, you will create and manage content that shows growers how ultra-high precision spraying technology can reduce labor and input costs while increasing profit. From crafting clear, practical content that connects with growers to designing print and digital ads that stand out in the market, you will translate technical details into clear, relatable stories that matter to growers. You will produce videos, write articles, design visuals, and manage content across platforms to support campaigns and product launches. Your work will help farmers see whats possible and move them to take action with Ecorobotix.
Reporting lines and interactions
This role reports directly to the Marketing & Communications Manager of North America. On the day-to-day, the person covering this role will be working closely with other teams of Ecorobotix Inc. as well as the marketing team of Ecorobotix SA.
Key Responsibilities
Design graphics using Adobe Creative Suite for ads, social media, and marketing collateral.
Update and maintain website content on WordPress and Wix, including blogs, landing pages, and resource libraries.
Manage and create digital and print advertisements for lead generation, product promotions, dealer campaigns, and events.
Produce and edit short-form video content (e.g., customer testimonials, product demonstrations, reels).
Create clear, engaging content for social media, newsletters, website, email campaigns, landing pages and print materials.
Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and product launch plans.
Assist in executing marketing automation campaigns within CRM and email platforms.
Track and report on content and campaign performance using CRM, Google Analytics and platform insights.
Collaborate with agronomy, sales, and customer success teams to source content ideas and customer stories.
Support content creation and promotion for field demos, tradeshows, and dealer events.
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all content and advertisements.
Occasional travel to the Washington office in Pasco, trade shows or in-field events.
Qualifications & Skills
Preferred Bachelor in one of the following areas: Marketing, Communications, Public Relations and/or Agricultural Sciences, Ag-Business
5+ years in graphic design, content creation, content marketing, or digital marketing roles is preferred.
Hands-on experience with WordPress for content updates and page optimization.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
Experience designing print and digital ads for B2B marketing.
Experience managing business social media accounts and scheduling content.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Constant Contact Lead Gen & CRM (formerly SharpSpring), HubSpot or Salesforce)
Experience using email marketing and marketing automation platforms.
Basic video capture and editing skills.
Understanding content and ad performance tracking using Google Analytics or similar tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in agriculture, ag technology, or technical product industries is preferred.
