Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic, process-oriented, and self-motivated individual to join our team supporting process and procedures management. The candidate will ensure that Policies and Procedures related to the Consumer Investments organization are current and accurate. Responsibilities include coordinating content across multiple platforms for consistency and supporting innovative approaches to provide employees with timely, accurate content to enhance client experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for procedures management, strong technical writing skills, be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence.

The role involves design, analysis, execution, and ongoing support for program initiatives within enterprise strategy and performance goals for Customer Segments (e.g., Retail, Preferred & Small Business). The candidate will support senior team leaders and collaborate with product and channel teams to drive execution, ensuring customer-centric decision-making. Responsibilities include initiative support, coordination, analysis, and communication.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the end-to-end Periodic Maintenance Review (PMR) and CAST processes for Global Policy Source (GPS), Resource Central, and the Online Resource Center (ORC).
  • Organizing the PMR calendar.
  • Partnering with subject matter experts.
  • Validating and publishing content.
  • Managing governance and deadlines.
  • Supporting downstream content impacts through review routines.
  • Facilitating cross-functional partnerships to communicate procedural changes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of the Consumer Investments Business, its processes, procedures, and partners.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple efforts.
  • Highly organized with excellent task execution skills.
  • Exceptional written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to cross-reference and identify inconsistencies.
  • Ability to build and maintain cross-functional partnerships.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Business acumen: Investment industry knowledge; familiarity with brokerage products/services and procedures.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency with HTML, Adobe Photoshop, and content management systems (e.g., Vignette, VCM, KMT).

Pay Transparency:

Location: NJ - Pennington, RI - Lincoln

Salary Range: $73,200 - $116,900 annually, based on experience, education, and skills. This role is eligible for discretionary annual bonuses and benefits.
