Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic, process-oriented, and self-motivated individual to join our team supporting process and procedures management. The incumbent will ensure that Policies and Procedures related to the Consumer Investments organization are up to date and accurate. They will support content coordination across multiple platforms to ensure consistency and accuracy, and help deliver timely, accurate content that enhances the client experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for procedures management, strong technical writing skills, be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence. Responsibilities include designing, analyzing, executing, and supporting program initiatives within enterprise strategy and performance goals for Customer Segments (e.g., Retail, Preferred & Small Business). They will support senior team leaders and collaborate with product and channel teams to drive execution, ensure customer-centric decision-making, and facilitate communication and coordination.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting end-to-end Periodic Maintenance Review (PMR) and CAST processes for Global Policy Source (GPS), Resource Central, and the Online Resource Center (ORC).
  • Organizing PMR calendar.
  • Partnering with subject matter experts.
  • Validating and publishing content.
  • Managing governance and deadlines.
  • Supporting downstream content impacts through review routines.
  • Facilitating cross-functional partnerships to communicate procedural changes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of the Consumer Investments Business, processes, procedures, and partners.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple efforts.
  • Highly organized with excellent task execution skills.
  • Exceptional written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to cross-reference and identify inconsistencies.
  • Ability to build and maintain cross-functional partnerships.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Business acumen: Investment industry knowledge; familiarity with brokerage products/services and procedures.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency with HTML, Adobe Photoshop, and content management systems (e.g., Vignette, VCM, KMT platform).

Hours Per Week: 40

Pay Transparency: The salary range is $73,200 - $116,900 annually, based on experience, education, and skills. The role is discretionary incentive eligible, with benefits provided. Employees can participate in an annual discretionary award based on individual and company performance.
