Meneses Law, based in Houston, Texas, is an accomplished immigration law firm serving clients across the United States. We are seeking a skilled Writer Supervisor to lead our legal writing team, ensuring the production of high-quality, accurate, and persuasive legal documents.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing a team of legal writers, providing guidance, feedback, and training.
• Reviewing and editing legal writing samples to ensure adherence to standards.
• Collaborating with management and legal professionals to meet deadlines and improve processes.
• Ensuring clarity, logical flow, and correctness in all written materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in English or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MacOS.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $52K/year
• Work-life balance with standard hours and occasional Saturdays
