We are seeking a Graphic Design Specialist to join our Marketing Team and help elevate East West Hospitality's branding and communications across our destinations, including Vail Valley, Snowmass, Lake Tahoe, Hawai'i, and beyond.
This hybrid role blends design work, content creation, and occasional event support, requiring strong technical skills, creativity, and attention to detail. The Graphic Design Specialist will produce marketing materials across print, digital, and social media platforms, while collaborating with teams across multiple locations. Occasional travel in the Aspen/Snowmass area will be required to capture photo and video content at events and support live social media engagement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Marketing Team on design projects across print and digital platforms, ensuring all work follows brand guidelines.
- Design and update print materials such as menus, newspaper and magazine ads, flyers, and brochures.
- Design and update digital materials such as banner ads, Canva templates, and PowerPoint documents.
- Apply a solid understanding of formatting requirements for both print and digital outputs.
- Capture photos at on-site events and assist with content gathering.
- Manage and organize photography and video assets.
- Create and maintain social media campaign graphics and related content.
- Assist in maintaining photo and video libraries for easy access and use.
- Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to meet deadlines.
- Participate in team meetings and planning sessions.
- Support other marketing-related duties as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent writing abilities, with a focus on strong grammar skills.
- Strong attention to detail, along with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Team player mentality with the ability to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field, OR
- Two years of relevant experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in graphic design, content creation, and photo asset management
