SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the design & production of all creative assets, including managing graphic design tasks, digital motion graphics, TV & Radio productions, refining projects, and generating creative ideas. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Provide outstanding customer service to guests and staff, exceeding our mission statement.
  2. Deliver our Five Star Experience by embodying our Mission Statement and Service Promise, adhering to standards: Welcoming, Proactive, Seamless, Personalized, and Valued.
  3. Collaborate with the graphic design team on assignments and projects.
  4. Create and maintain branding concepts for all business entities.
  5. Develop multiple visual proofs for initial concepts.
  6. Support creative needs across internal teams.
  7. Design logos, brochures, menus, digital graphics, and on-property collateral.
  8. Develop graphics for TV, print, outdoor, and direct mail marketing.
  9. Coordinate with outside production partners to ensure quality.
  10. Maintain organized files and standard operating procedures.
  11. Stay current with graphics software and digital advertising trends.
  12. Ensure compliance with all internal control standards.
  13. Represent the Tribal organization positively to guests and vendors.
  14. Follow safety policies and attend safety training.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite and related design tools.
  • Strong understanding of graphic design standards for branding and marketing.

Additional Requirements
  • Pass drug screening and background checks.
  • Obtain Tribal Gaming License and other applicable certifications.
  • Provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. within 72 hours of employment.

Physical Demands

Requires talking, hearing, standing, walking, sitting, handling, reaching, climbing, bending, lifting up to 25 pounds, and pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception. May work in low light and noisy environments.

Work Environment

Multiple locations, some open 24/7, with potential for emergency calls, weekend and holiday work. Some facilities are gaming and not smoke-free. Surveillance is active 24/7.
