Were seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to support our real estate brokerages growing video needs. This person will play a key role in editing dynamic, engaging content that showcases listings, team highlights, community features, client testimonials, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce short-form and long-form video content for social media, YouTube, and our website.
• Add music, transitions, captions, and branding to create polished, on-brand videos.
• Cut and repurpose footage for reels, Instagram stories, and highlight clips.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to align edits with brand voice and campaign goals.
• Optimize video formats for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok).
• Stay up-to-date with real estate and social media video trends.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual flow.
• Experience editing for real estate, lifestyle, or brand-focused content (preferred).
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Creative, flexible, and open to feedback.

Bonus Skills:

• Motion graphics or basic animation experience.
• Experience filming with DSLR/mirrorless cameras (optional).
• Knowledge of SEO and social platform algorithms for video (optional).
