Overview We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to help plan and execute marketing initiatives that drive company growth and engagement. This role manages a wide variety of projects - from event planning and digital campaigns to social media and internal communications. If you're highly organized, collaborative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Minimal travel may be required for event support.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Manage the production schedule, proofing process, and content updates across print and digital platforms.
• Plan and support corporate and customer events, vendor training sessions, and promotional campaigns.
• Oversee social media channels and company announcements.
• Maintain the marketing calendar and track promotional performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure brand consistency.
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of marketing, project coordination, or related experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
• Experience with graphic design or production is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs for event setup or promotional materials.
