Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to develop briefs and guide creative direction for advertising materials across print, social media, SEM, SEO, websites, email, radio, video, display ads, and other channels.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure timely project delivery.
- Manage advertising and email calendars, tracking progress and deadlines.
- Analyze and optimize email campaigns, including routine testing.
- Review marketing collateral and recommend updates to meet objectives.
- Maintain relationships with campus leadership, internal stakeholders, and agency partners.
- Act as a liaison between campus and creative teams for marketing needs.
- Monitor media performance and provide regular updates.
- Recommend creative or media mix changes to improve performance; strategize with media agencies on planning, execution, and reporting against ROI and KPIs.
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with standards.
- Assist in planning and coordinating logistics for photo and commercial shoots.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Knowledge of marketing principles, advertising, and communication strategies.
- Experience with Asana and/or Workfront preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze, organize, prioritize, and meet multiple deadlines.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and channels.
- Experience managing traditional and digital media buys.
- Experience collaborating with web design, SEO, PPC, and IT teams.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
- Curious, broad-minded, and adaptable.
- Calm under stress, inspiring team leadership.
- Experience managing budgets.
- Comfortable working with high-level executives and in collaborative settings.
- Excellent time and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to meet ongoing deadlines for media and projects.
- Strong leadership skills for calls with partners.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10% as needed.

Salary Range: USD $70,153.30 - USD $101,733.10 per year. Bonus: Not eligible.
