Position Title: Guest Service Support and Marketing Specialist

Location: Lake Belle RV Resort, Holly Hill, FL

Reports To: Resort Manager

Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Job Overview:

Lake Belle RV Resort is seeking a dynamic and creative Guest Service Support and Marketing Specialist. This dual role is designed to not only provide exceptional guest service support but also to manage and grow our resort's presence across various social media platforms, as well as oversee the functionality and content of the resorts website and mobile app. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a passion for hospitality and digital marketing, capable of effectively engaging with both guests and online communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Interaction:
    • Welcome guests upon their arrival and provide a brief orientation about the resorts facilities and services.
    • Assist guests in RV site setup if necessary and handle any inquiries or concerns.
    • Offer personalized service to ensure a memorable stay for all guests.
  • Reservation Management:
    • Manage reservations, including booking, changes, and cancellations, using the resort's reservation system.
    • Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
  • Promptly address and resolve any guest complaints or issues, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other resort staff to ensure all guest-related issues are resolved promptly.
  • Social Media and Marketing:
    • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance the resorts online presence and engage with the audience.
    • Create and post content regularly on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest.
    • Monitor social media and online reviews, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
    • Manage the resorts website and mobile app, updating content and ensuring functionality to enhance user experience and guest engagement.
    • Analyze social media, website, and app engagement metrics and adapt strategies as needed to increase audience engagement and growth.
  • Communication and Reporting:
    • Maintain clear records of guest interactions, preferences, and feedback to improve service quality.
    • Generate regular reports on social media performance and guest feedback trends to inform future marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service and social media management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively both in person and online.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms and management tools.
  • High school diploma required; additional certification in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Fast-paced environment, often requiring multitasking and managing multiple guest requests simultaneously.
  • Active engagement with both guests and online communities.
  • We are a clean air resort - There is absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed on property.
  • Background checks and drug tests are mandatory for employment.
