Paid Media Manager
The Paid Media Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the development and execution of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. This includes conducting research, setting up campaigns, and analyzing performance to optimize results.
An experienced digital advertising leader, the Paid Media Manager is a key member of the Direct Response Advertising team within VCA's Brand + Marketing department, where they develop and lead the implementation of the overall digital advertising strategy that is a key contributor to VCA's overall growth.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the implementation of overall digital advertising strategy.
- Conduct research to identify target audiences and develop campaign strategies.
- Set up and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to digital advertising.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising or related field
- Experience in health care and/or CPG a plus.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape and best practices
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation
- Experience with digital advertising platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Experience with ad targeting, ad creation, ad optimization, and bid management.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics platforms
- Ability to use data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
- Knowledge of Excel and other spreadsheet programs to analyze and manipulate data.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and emerging technologies related to digital advertising.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Additional Information:
Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $66,700 - $100,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
