Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new client relationships to generate business opportunities within the commercial insurance market.
- Create and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed production goals.
- Educate clients on various insurance products, coverages, and policy options to best suit their needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with underwriters and carriers to negotiate competitive terms and coverage for clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date information.
- Proven experience as an Insurance Producer is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in generating new business and retaining existing clients.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and policy requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Current insurance producer license in compliance with state regulations is required.
