Job Summary

Seeking a motivated, professional, and passionate Commercial Lines Producer to join a dynamic team. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and delivering customized insurance solutions to help businesses protect their assets. The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with a strong understanding of commercial insurance products, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, businesses, and prospects to grow a profitable book of commercial lines insurance business.
  • Leverage sales techniques to identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Proactively prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with underwriters, service teams, and support staff to ensure all insurance solutions meet client-specific needs and requirements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and emerging risks to provide relevant solutions to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations, effectively communicating the value of insurance products while offering customized coverage options.
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer retention goals, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Advocate for clients during claims processes, addressing concerns and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Valid state-issued Insurance Producer License for Property & Casualty (required).
  • Proven experience in sales or account management within the commercial insurance industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial lines insurance products, policies, and applications.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with a client-first approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Goal-driven mindset with effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in insurance management software, CRM systems, and basic office applications.
