Job Description: We are an established agency looking for an outgoing and personable individual to join our team as a Commercial Insurance Producer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service to our commercial insurance customers. The ideal Commercial Insurance Producer will have a proven track record of successful sales and will be a crucial player in a dynamic sales role.

Qualifications:

• Previous insurance experience working as a producer within commercial lines coverages in a brokerage/agency setting.
• Proven experience in cultivating new client relationships.
• Ability to negotiate with carrier underwriters on behalf of clients to secure the best rates.
• Familiarity with working with multiple carriers and rating systems.
• Track record of successfully selling new commercial lines accounts and maintaining renewal business.

Requirements:

• Proven customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage client accounts effectively.
• Property & Casualty License is a requirement for this position.
• Experience in Middle Market to Large Commercial Insurance required.
