Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, develop, and close new business by leveraging referrals, cold outreach, and networking.
- Sell and customize insurance solutions for businesses (commercial lines) and individuals (personal lines) based on their unique needs.
- Educate clients on coverage options, risk management strategies, and policy details.
- Build strong relationships with business owners, high-net-worth individuals, and key decision-makers.
- Exceed sales targets through strategic prospecting, relationship-building, and upselling opportunities.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, carriers, and policy changes to provide expert guidance.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth policy implementation and exceptional client service.
- Proven track record in insurance sales (commercial, personal, or both).
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong closing skills with the ability to negotiate and sell value-driven solutions.
- Ability to prospect, network, and cold-call effectively to drive new business.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
