Hybrid (St. Louis, MO) Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership:
Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects, including product launches, trade shows, and digital campaigns. Cross-Functional Coordination:
Collaborate with brand managers, sales teams, creative teams, and external agencies to ensure timely and aligned project execution. Timeline & Budget Management:
Develop project timelines, track milestones, and manage budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation. Campaign Execution:
Oversee the development of marketing materials and digital content, ensuring brand consistency and messaging. Process Improvement:
Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows and improve project delivery processes. Qualifications: Education:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Agribusiness, or a related field. Experience:
36 years of experience in marketing project management, with a strong understanding of agricultural markets and customer segments. Skills: Proficiency in
project management tools . Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. Preferred Skills: Experience in the agriculture or ag-tech industry is highly preferred. Familiarity with design platforms and digital marketing.
