Were looking for an Investor and Fund Communications Manager to lead the charge in attracting new investors and engaging our existing base, spanning high net worth individuals, family offices, RIAs, and wealth advisors, through a cohesive marketing and communications strategy. This role blends storytelling with data-driven execution, overseeing initiatives such as investor drip IR campaigns, branded digital and print collateral, targeted outreach, and event communications. You will shape the messaging and campaigns that inspire investor confidence, build trust, and drive capital commitments.
Your Mission
Own the strategy and execution of investor campaigns that attract, educate, and convert, fueling awareness, engagement, and capital growth across multiple fund offerings.
What Youll Do
Design and lead marketing strategy for investor acquisition and engagement, including targeted email campaigns, digital funnels, webinars, and persona-based content for investor personas (HNWI, RIAs, family offices, etc.).
Develop persuasive fund collateral including pitch decks, executive summaries, fact sheets, quarterly updates, and thought leadership that highlight NexMetros unique value proposition.
Partner with Capital Formation and Investor Relations to ensure messaging reflects fund strategy, investor feedback, and market positioning.
Manage and optimize marketing automation and CRM segmentation, to nurture investor relationships at scale, track pipeline activity, and measure ROI.
Own investor communications calendar, ensuring outreach is compliant, timely, relevant and aligned with fundraising cycles.
Track and analyze campaign performance, continuously refining to increase investor engagement, lead conversion, and capital commitments.
Coordinate fundraising events and webinars, creating content and and follow-up strategies that maximize new investor participation.
Stay current on investor behavior trends, compliance, digital distribution strategies, and channels that reach wealth managers and HNW investors.
Who You Are
5-7+ years of experience in investor marketing, fundraising communications, or financial services marketing preferably with a focus on HNW / retail capital
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience in investor marketing and communications as well as demonstrated skills may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Proven storyteller with ability to simplify complex strategies into messaging that resonates with sophisticated individual investors
Experience working within (or adjacent to) RIAs, family offices, fund managers, or alternative investment platforms
Experience with IR software tools and digital campaign management. Proficient in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, investor portals like Juniper Square, and various digital campaign tools preferred. (e.g., HubSpot),
Strong eye for detail and design sensibility, comfortable working with designers or building content in Canva/Adobe
Self-starter with strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven team
Bonus: experience marketing Reg D or 506(c) private placements, capital raising campaigns, managing content compliance, or engaging with investor portals.
