Manager Of Quality Assurance For Women's Apparel

As a Manager Of Quality Assurance For Women's Apparel, you will play a key role in ensuring our Private Brand products meet the highest standards of quality and value for our customers, both in stores and online. You will work closely with designers, product developers, global sourcing associates, safety and compliance managers, merchants, and leadership to support the delivery of exceptional products. What You'll Do: Support the implementation of quality assurance processes for Private Brand products in the Women's Apparel category. Collaborate with Sourcing leaders and Merchants to help select suppliers and ensure consistent product quality. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal partners to drive quality improvements. Review and interpret product specifications, ensuring suppliers understand and meet Walmart's requirements. Work with Product Development and Sourcing teams to help launch new products with a focus on quality and compliance. Monitor supplier performance, analyze data, and recommend improvement plans as needed. Stay informed about category trends, customer needs, and supplier capabilities. You'll Sweep Us Off Our Feet If: You have experience managing multiple suppliers and are comfortable with textile and quality responsibilities. You are data-driven, able to analyze performance and identify opportunities for improvement. You are collaborative, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, product development, manufacturing, Textiles or a related area. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, Quality Auditor, Six Sigma) are a plus. Experience with statistical analysis or data visualization is preferred.
