The Manager, Neeley Digital Communications for the TCU Neeley School of Business will help shape and grow the online presence of the Neeley brand, building on the consistent narrative across a variety of mediums. The manager will develop and drive a multifaceted and comprehensive content strategy, and implement key digital communication content and activations. Duties & Essential Job Functions Under the direction of the Neeley Director, Communications, drives the development, creation, and distribution of various content across digital channels for the Neeley School, including social media, news, media outlets, and website content. Supports promotional efforts around activations from the TCU Neeley Institutes and Centers of Excellence. Creates and deploys content independently, including social media graphics, short videos, and copy tailored to target audiences. Mentors and collaborates with internal teams, advising on content and industry best practices. Develops strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness, incorporating SEO best practices. Coordinates with teams to develop editorial calendars for social media and news content. Tracks and analyzes social media engagement, conducts research to identify new opportunities, and reports on digital efforts. Stays current with industry trends in multimedia content creation. Ensures alignment of digital outreach efforts across teams for consistent messaging. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in English, Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years experience in digital content creation, social media management, and content strategy.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of proven experience in digital content creation and management.

Required Skills & Certifications

Experience with Microsoft Office, graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut), and social media management tools (Sprout Social, Buffer, Google Analytics). Knowledge of SEO, content management systems (e.g., Kentico), and email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce).

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Ability to analyze digital performance data and adapt strategies accordingly. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing real-time changes effectively.

Additional Information
