The Instructional Designer III is a contributing member of our team and will serve as our training subject matter specialist to lead and support training across our organization. This role will work in close partnership with individuals across roles and divisions to develop and implement comprehensive training programs to achieve key organizational objectives and metrics! Your work will challenge you, and with our Core Values to guide you, you'll quickly learn and grow with us. Responsibilities/Expectations

Designs, develops, implements, evaluates and continuously improves training programs and processes using a range of practical learning solutions Coordinates and handles scope, resources, projects, and delivery of learning projects internally and with external partners Provides performance feedback, including forecasting completion dates, identifying risks and issues, mitigating performance risks, and informing management of accomplishments, plans, and activities Conducts pre, during, post project review meetings with SMEs and process owners to outline training development process guidelines, roles / responsibilities, and review feedback Trains instructors to incorporate sound training techniques and skills when facilitating courses Evaluates effectiveness of curriculum, instructional design, delivery, and outcomes (to include financial analysis) Handles learning content within the learning management system (LMS) Other duties as assigned Education/Years of Experience

Required: Bachelor's degree; a minimum four (4) years' experience developing training content crafted for adult learners Other Requirements

Extensive knowledge of adult learning theory and technical skills to craft and develop e-learning solutions which would require experience with using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate Preferred: CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) or CIT (Certified instructional Technologist) Preferred: Possesses broad graphic design abilities and experience using graphic design tools such as the adobe creative cloud suite of applications Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
