Position Summary
The Field Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in executing and managing field marketing initiatives and events within the Commercial Lending Division. This position works closely with sales teams to provide essential support across planning, logistics, administration, and reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and an excellent communicator with a collaborative spirit and a passion for delivering impactful marketing experiences.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Event & Trade Show Coordination
Manage Northpoints presence at annual trade shows and dealer meetings across various industries.
Coordinate logistics including registration, travel, booth setup, and material delivery.
Maintain vendor relationships and oversee services related to trade show booths.
Track budgets and provide regular updates on event spending.
Organize and maintain contracts and documentation for trade shows, meetings, and special events.
Support planning and execution of internal sales meetings and customer events.
Collaborate with the marketing team to manage promotional materials, displays, and branded items.
Maintain inventory spreadsheets, event calendars, and shipment tracking for trade show assets.
Marketing & Administrative Support
Create PowerPoint presentations for trade shows, meetings, and leadership needs.
Maintain and update the Sales SharePoint site, including calendars, file organization, and visual content.
Provide day-to-day administrative support for marketing tasks and team requests.
Oversee updates and accuracy of the Northpoint website to ensure compliance and relevance.
Other Duties
Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong presentation skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
Self-motivated, proactive, and dependable.
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree preferred; Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school accepted.
Minimum requirement: High school diploma or GED.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Primarily indoor work (95%)
Extended periods of sitting and screen time
Occasional lifting up to 80 lbs. (assistance available)
Occasional travel (13 times per year for dealer meetings or trade shows)
