The 33 Threads Wholesale Marketing Coordinator will support the company with a strong focus on the domestic wholesale team. This role works collaboratively and cross-functionally with key stakeholders to ensure implementation of wholesale marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is an expert communicator who is tenacious at tracking down details that drive success. This individual activates programs/campaigns/events that support existing cobrand, wholesale and trade partners in addition to prospecting strategies to acquire new customers. This role is responsible in supporting the wholesale project management and event process and provides marketing and logistical support for assigned projects and events. Job Responsibilities

General Manage cobrand campaigns and online shopping pages. Identify needs for product images and digital assets that support sell-through at retail. Ensure distribution of assets and seasonal marketing kits to internal teams (key accounts, sales team and international team) and customers as requested. Audit retailer channels to ensure brand continuity. Collaborate with key accounts if improvements are required. Collaborate on content for 33T Dealer Instagram Project manager for wholesale marketing. Leverage HIVE to manage projects, assign deliverables and keep cross-functional teams informed and on time. Support wholesale email calendar including mapping content with DTC and wholesale promotions. Work with Graphic Design and Branding for in-box inserts for wholesale orders. Other channels (direct mail, sampling, SMS) as assigned. Lead all reporting (examples: email, campaigns, QR codes usage, event ROI) and share with relevant teams. Support in tracking costs for wholesale marketing projects to stay at or under budget. Accurately maintain wholesale marketing and event calendar including email, direct mail, media and general campaigns that drive wholesale business. Contribute to staying best-in-class with POP, displays, etc. for domestic and international needs. Tradeshow and Sales Event Support

Assist in strategizing and evolving our booth experience annually with creative, innovative, and intriguing activations that attract buyers to our booth. Lead event planning and execution for all assigned tradeshows. Manage logistics and be central hub for details – including travel, product, shipping, product return. Work with internal logistics team to coordinate shipping and return. Lead event marketing for all assigned tradeshows. Work backward to be sure collateral and campaigns are on time. Work with Graphic Designer and Wholesale Marketing Manager to provide appropriate collateral for tradeshows. Manage setup/breakdown + working booths at select major tradeshows as assigned (requires domestic and possibly international travel) Support dealer events, pop up shops and Sip & Shops for key accounts. Maintain accurate inventory and keep trade show props and collateral organized and stocked. Help with event planning and execution of all seasonal sales meetings in collaboration with Sales Team. Support Assist in building, merchandising and maintenance of linesheets/category pages in NuORDER or future Shopify B2B platform. Ongoing audits in NuORDER/Shopify B2B to verify products are populating correctly and linesheets/category pages are merchandised correctly. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry or wholesale/retail channel marketing. Proven ability to support B2B marketing initiatives, including sales enablement, promotional planning, and channel marketing strategies. Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience creating marketing collateral, presentations, and event materials. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with marketing tools such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and project management tools. Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally to attend trade shows, customer events, and sales meetings. Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams including sales, product, creative, and external partners.
