This role, reporting to the VP of Digital & E-commerce, is responsible for the daily execution and strategic leadership of paid social campaigns. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of client accounts, from planning and testing to optimization and reporting, with a focus on full-funnel media strategies. Key responsibilities include analyzing performance data to derive actionable insights, continuously testing creative and audience targeting, and staying current with platform updates. This position requires a data-driven, proactive individual with at least four years of hands-on experience in paid social, particularly with Meta and TikTok.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Lead the day-to-day execution of paid social strategies for client accounts, including campaign planning, testing, optimization, forecasting, and reporting
• Develop full-funnel media strategies in partnership with fellow media buyers and strategists
• Evaluate campaign, messaging, ad creative, and audience performance and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
• Continuously test ad creative, messaging, and audiences to improve performance and efficiency
• Stay up to date with platform updates, innovations, policy changes, and Alpha/Beta program opportunities to keep campaigns effective and competitive.
• Support and mentor junior team members as they onboard to ensure high-quality campaign execution and continuous growth
• Create and present campaign reports that include strategic insights, performance data, and optimization recommendations to both internal stakeholders and clients.

What You’ll Bring:
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in paid social strategy, planning, and buying
• Expertise in Meta and TikTok (additional experience with platforms like YouTube, Google Ads, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, LinkedIn, or X is a plus)
• Strong analytical capabilities with a track record of deriving insights that drive performance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with clients and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables
• Digital marketing and social media certifications are a plus (e.g., Meta Blueprint, Snap Focus, Google Analytics)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
