Each day will involve engaging with residents to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and enhance their living experience. You will assist in managing community events, fostering a sense of belonging among residents.Your role will also include coordinating maintenance requests, ensuring properties are well-maintained, and collaborating with the Community Manager to implement community initiatives. Daily tasks may involve administrative duties such as updating resident records and managing communications in both English and Spanish.
