Marketing Events Manager, Oncology , youll be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of our oncology event strategyworking closely with our marketing team, sales reps, cross-functional stakeholders, and external vendors. Youll help shape how we show up in the market and support programs that connect us with leading oncologists, care teams, and health systems across the country. You will work in partnership with the Senior Marketing Manager, Oncology Marketing, to plan, execute, and track all oncology-related events while ensuring alignment with our broader corporate brand and operational protocols shared with our Prenatal division. Youll be the

boots-on-the-ground

lead to ensure event successfrom strategy and logistics to follow-up and reporting. Responsibilities: Partner with Oncology Marketing to develop national, regional, and local event strategies aligned with commercial goals. Define success metrics and establish pre-event goals in collaboration with sales and marketing leadership. Maintain alignment with cross-functional teams, including Prenatal Marketing, to ensure consistent standards and protocols across business lines. Event Execution & Logistics Own day-to-day execution of all oncology event logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor management, material coordination, travel planning, registration, and onsite support. Serve as the primary point of contact for sales reps to support regional/local event programs Stakeholder Coordination Act as liaison between the oncology marketing team and key internal teams (sales, product, medical affairs, etc.) to streamline event planning. Support speaker and KOL coordination in partnership with our Medical Affairs and Commercial teams. Post-Event Follow-up & Optimization Manage post-event surveys, internal debriefs, and performance reporting. Track ROI, lead conversion, and learnings across event types to improve future planning and execution. Maintain centralized documentation and timelines for visibility and efficiency (e.g., Notion, Asana, Google Drive). Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in event planning, marketing, or field enablementideally within the life sciences, diagnostics, oncology, or healthcare space. Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities. Experience with national trade shows, conferences, and/or regional/local HCP engagement programs. Strong vendor management and negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and deadline-driven. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Asana, Notion, Salesforce, or similar platforms is a plus.
